Whenever I breathe in through my nose there is...
It’s not exactly painful, but it’s worrying and it makes me tired and lightheaded.
I need to make a conscious effort to breathe, because the natural, unconscious effort just isn’t cutting it. It feels like my lungs aren’t getting enough air. I have to breathe through my mouth or else the thudding in my chest gets very violent.
My limbs almost too heavy to move.

I keep forgetting to breathe.
